Afni Izyani is a recent graduate from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) in Bachelor Degree of Electrical Engineering. Her final year project is about Energy Scavenging from Waste Heat of Home Refrigerator. It involves the process of harvesting waste heat at the compressor of home refrigerator. The harvested heat energy is then converted into electrical energy to be used to charge low-power portable gadgets such as mobile phone.
